Find Your Clear Path© to Divorce

Divorce can feel disorienting, especially when you’re trying to protect your children, your finances, and your sense of stability all at once. I know what it’s like to face an uncertain future -- feeling scared, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn or who to trust. That lived understanding, combined with more than 20 years of experience in negotiation and mediation, is what led me to identify three Clear Paths to Divorce.

Clear Path© Divorce

I’ve intentionally crafted these paths to support couples and their children in the most efficient, thoughtful, and affordable way possible. Each path provides a structured yet flexible framework that guides you from start to finish. Along the way, you’ll work with empathetic, knowledgeable professionals who will support good decision-making, streamline the process, and keep your children’s well-being at the center of every conversation.

While every family’s circumstances are different, most divorcing or separating couples fall into one of three predictable paths based on their family dynamics and financial complexity. I will help you identify a path so you have realistic expectations around time, support, and cost from the very beginning.

These paths are “pay as you go” and you may need less or more support during this process. Additionally, unmarried couples do not need a Separation Agreement or divorce filing while some married couples are merely seeking a Separation Agreement. You only pay for what you need.

My priority is that you feel supported, informed, and clear -- not only about the process, but about the future you’re building and how you and your children will be cared for within it. Contact me for a free consultation.
